By creating an account on Swoots or using any part of the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using Swoots on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Swoots.
Swoots is a read-only analytics dashboard for e-commerce store owners. The service allows you to connect your online stores (Shopify, WooCommerce) and advertising accounts (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) via OAuth to view consolidated profit and margin analytics.
Swoots does not create, modify, pause, or delete any campaigns, orders, products, or settings in any connected platform. The service is strictly read-only and analytical in nature.
Swoots is intended for business owners, entrepreneurs, and their authorized team members who operate e-commerce stores. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Swoots is not a consumer product and is not intended for personal, non-commercial use.
You must register for an account to use Swoots. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@kramtech.lt if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You may use Swoots solely for your own internal business analytics purposes. You agree not to:
Swoots connects to third-party platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Meta, Google, TikTok) on your behalf using OAuth authorization. By connecting these integrations, you:
Your use of Swoots is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Swoots, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of all data you bring into Swoots from your connected platforms. Swoots does not claim any ownership rights over your store data, ad data, or business data.

If no pricing is currently in effect, Swoots is provided free of charge subject to these Terms, which may change when paid plans are introduced.
Swoots and all associated software, design, trademarks, and content are the property of MB Kram Tech. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use our intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the service as intended.
You grant MB Kram Tech a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely as necessary to provide the service to you.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Swoots service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance at any time. We are not liable for any losses arising from service downtime, data sync failures, or third-party API outages.
Swoots is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or that analytics data will be perfectly accurate at all times. Analytics figures depend on third-party APIs and may reflect delays or limitations imposed by those platforms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MB Kram Tech and its employees, directors, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or business — arising out of or in connection with your use of Swoots, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Swoots in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@kramtech.lt. We will delete your account and associated data within 30 days of your request.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. We will endeavor to provide notice unless prohibited from doing so.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify active users by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Swoots after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and applicable European Union law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under mandatory local law.
